Male Ranma's reaction to Female Ranma

Sometimes you have to wonder if this picture is symbolic of Ranma's view of his female side. 'She' loves being a girl but 'he' is afraid of being girly. I mean Ranma wears girl's clothes a lot for a 'guy'. Not that I doubt that he is a guy. But Ranma when she is not trying to act like a girl is still feminine, Tomboyish but still feminine. Of course, when she tries to act like a girl she acts like mockery of a girl, but a lot tomboys in fiction have that problem.
My personal theory is Ranma is Bigender but won't admit he sometimes feels like a girl because Genma has been relentlessly pounding that part of Ranma down. Ranma being Bigender would explain why she can go from hating boys looking at her that way and hate girl's clothes to flirting with boys for free food and changing into girl's clothes at the drop of a hat.
